| Sunday, January 27th, 2008 found Pack 108 at the Benicia Clock Tower for our annual Pinewood Derby race. Tiger Cubs, Wolves, Bears and Webelos raced against each other with pineood racers that the boys made. We even had an open class competition where siblings participated. On Sunday, January 21st 2007, Pack 108 held their annual
Pinewood Derby race, wherein the boys construct racers and compete against
each other in a multi-heat competition. Pictured here are the Webelos and
Tiger Cub competitions, as well as the awards ceremony.

Den 6 explored the John Muir House across the river
in Martinez to help complete the Bear requirement to visit a historical

On June 22, Pack 108 hosted their annual Year End Picnic
at Jack London Park. From rank advancement to an awesome barbeque to the
Raingutter Regatta, even playing tug-o-war, everyone had a great time! See

The USS Pamanito is a World War II era attack submarine
on static display at Pier 49 in San Francisco. On the weekend of March 12th
and 13th 2005, Pack 108 trekked to San Francisco to spend the night on the
submarine, exploring and playing -- learning how the "Silent Service" lived.

On May 23, the Oakland Athletics hosted Scout Day for
thier game against the Kansas City Royals. Pack 108 organized an outing
to attend the game. Those who attended (including a sibling Girl Scout!)
got to march in a pre-game parade around the field! Click on the picture

The annual Blue and Gold Dinner and awards banquet took
place on Sunday February 22 at the Clock Tower. This year's theme was Fiesta!

Tiger Cub Den 6 visited the Benicia State Capitol on
February 7th to earn the Go See It achievement for a historical site

Tiger Cub Den 8 (which is now merged with Den 6) had
an exciting tour of the Benicia Firehouse on December 13th. Click the photo

On December 13th, boys from Pack 108 particpated in
the First Street Christmas Parade through downtown Benicia. Click the picture

Scouting For Food is an annual event whereby Cub Scouts
and Boy Scouts alike gather food from the community to help feed the needy.

On November 8th, Pack 108 spent an overnight aboard
the USS Hornet, the flagship of the Hornet Class aircraft carrier, a WWII

Cub Scouts across the nation sell popcorn during the
months of September and October to raise money that helps keep the cost
