Directions: Take 680 South, exit at Willow Pass and turn right. Go to first major intersection (Contra Costa Blvd.) and turn left. Stay in left hand lane and turn left at the first stoplight (Ellinwood Drive). Go to the first stopsign and turn left on Longbrook Way. Go to the end of the street and turn left into the driveway by the Marriott Residence Inn. Past the Marriott you will find the Council building and parking lot.
